Woman Charged with DWI in Yorktown

A Mahopac woman was recently charged with DWI after police got a call reporting an erratic driver exiting the Taconic State Parkway, police said.
Officers responded to that call early Sunday morning and stopped the speeding car on Route 132, police said.
The driver, a 22-year-old from Mahopac, appeared intoxicated and was charged with DWI. She had a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent, police said.
She was released to a third party and ordered to appear in Town Court, police said.
