Two Charged In Dropping Shopping Cart

Police say that two young boys have been accused of pushing a shopping cart off a fourth story parking garage walkway onto a woman below. The woman was critically injured.
Investigators say she suffered major head trauma when she was hit by the cart on Sunday when the boys pushed the cart off of a parking garage in East Harlem.
Because the suspects are only 12-years-old, they will be charged as juvenile delinquents and will face charges of
assault and
criminal possession of a weapon.
