Man Caught Selling Drugs from Home

A Mahopac man is in jail after investigators charged him with selling prescription pills, cocaine and marijuana from inside his home, police said.
The 44-year-old was arrested after he sold drugs to an undercover police officer.
Police then searched his home and seized items such as one ounce of cocaine, prescription medicines, various narcotics paraphernalia, such as packaging material, in addition they seized $1,400 in cash and his outdoor security system.
He was charged with four counts each of third-degree criminal sale and
third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and one count each of second-degree criminal sale,
fifth-degree criminal possession and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. They are felonies.
