Man Allegedly Steals From Parents

According to the Nassau County Police, a man was arrested after allegedly taking almost $20,000 from September 24 to October 29.
The 56-year old from Great Neck took several checkbooks from his parents home then cashed those checks and made unauthorized purchases on their credit cards over a period of time. He was also involved in a verbal argument with a family member then he damaged their vehicle.
He was arrested and was charged with grand larceny, forgery,
identity theft,
falsifying business records,
petit larceny and
criminal mischief. He will be arraigned today in First District Court in Hempstead.
