Dad DWI in Commack

A 29-year-old man was arrested for felony DWI with his young son inside his vehicle in Commack on Friday afternoon, Suffolk County police said.
Officers stopped him after another driver called 911 to report that they had seen a driver driving with its front passenger tire worn down to the rim, police said.
Weiss was charged with driving while intoxicated with a child, a felony under Leandra's Law and endangering the welfare of a child.
