One 41-year-old was arrested after officers responded to a report of a car stopped on
Underhill Avenue
at the
Taconic State Parkway
.
Police said the man drove with a suspended license while on drugs. The Thornwood man faces criminal charges after police found drugs inside his stopped vehicle on
Underhill Avenue
.
He was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, misdemeanors.
