Man Charged in Burglary

man faces felony burglary after illegally entering his ex-girlfriend's home. Her neighbor faces criminal charges after he let the man hide from police inside his home, state police said.
Troopers responded to her call on a domestic dispute then determined that it was her former boyfriend who entered her home and damaged property.
They charged him with second-degree burglary, a felony, second-degree reckless endangerment and fourth-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanors, and a parole violation.
The neighbor was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest, misdemeanors.
