Four Charged with DWI or DWAI in Rockland, Putnam Counties

Four motorists were charged with DWI and DWAI in Rockland and Putnam counties, state police said.
One 49-year-old from Brewster was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, and refusing to submit to alcohol screening, a violation, on I-684.
One 32-year-old from CT was charged with misdemeanor DWI about 2:45 a.m. on I-84.
One 52-year-old from Brewster was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, and refusing to submit to alcohol screening, a violation, about 1:15 a.m. in Southeast.
One 20-year-old from PA, was charged with first-degree DWAI, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation in Haverstraw.
