4 Charged With Attempted Murder

Four men have been accused of stabbing a 25-year-old man multiple times during fight outside of a bar two weeks ago, Nassau County police said.

The victim was on Fulton Avenue on November 7 when some men approached him.  That's when the suspects ganged up on the victim, stabbing him the head and torso, police said.

The victim escaped the attack and was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for his injuries but assailants fled the scene.  The suspects were apprehended today.

They were charged with second-degree attempted murder, assault and gang assault. They will be arraigned Tuesday at First District Court in Hempstead.
