Women Charged with DWI on Sprain in Somers

Troopers charged two Westchester County women with DWI in separate incidents, state police said.

Police said a 27-year-old woman from Pleasantville was charged with misdemeanor DWI on the Sprain Brook Parkway after a trooper stopped her for speeding, an infraction. She was released without bail.

A 40-year-old from Yorktown was charged with DWI, second-degree reckless endangerment, misdemeanors, and third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, on Tuesday at the Heritage Hills Golf Club in Somers. Information on the endangerment and criminal mischief charges was not made available. She was released to a third party.
