Somers Man Charged with Aggravated DWI

A Somers man was DWI when he crashed on Lexington Avenue, police said today.
They responded near Horton Road to a one-car crash and determined that the 41-year-old driver of Somers was drunk, police said.
The officer charged him with DWI, aggravated DWI, misdemeanors,
plus traffic infractions. The aggravated DWI charge indicates his blood-alcohol level was more than twice the
legal limit for DWI in New York State.
