Man DWI with Girl in Car

A man was arrested for DWI and possession of cocaine on Thursday night, police said.
Officers stopped him after they witnessed him driving erratically and with a broken tail light. He was found to be DWI with his daughter in the vehicle at 8:35 p.m., police said.
The 52-year-old St. James man was charged with DWI with a child, a felony under
Leandra's Law, endangering the welfare of a child,
criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
