Lake Peekskill Men Charged with DWI

Troopers charged two Lake Peekskill men with DWI Thursday in separate incidents, State police said.
One 72-year-old man was charged with felony DWI Thursday night in Putnam Valley after being stopped for a traffic violation. The charge was elevated to a felony due because within the past 10-years, he had a previous
DWI conviction.
A 21-year-old man was charged with misdemeanor DWI and
drinking alcohol while inside a motor vehicle, an infraction, Thursday in Cortlandt.
