Troopers Charge Motorists with DWI

Police said that troopers have charged motorists with DWI in traffic stops and investigations in Westchester and Putnam counties.

A 32-year-old from Pawling was charged with misdemeanor DWI and refusal to submit to a breath test (a violation) about 3:50 a.m. on Route 22 in Southeast.  A 41-year-old from Mount Kisco was charged with misdemeanor  DWI and refusal to submit to a breath test (a violation) about 3:10 a.m. today in Southeast.   A 26-year-old from Ossining was charged with misdemeanor DWI on Route 9 in Croton-on-Hudson.

In addition, a 23-year-old from Connecticut was charged with misdemeanor DWI and speeding, an infraction, about 3 a.m. on Route 22 in Patterson.  A 58-year-old from Buchanan was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on Saturday in Montrose.  A 28-year-old man from Sandy Hook CT, was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on Route 22 in Southeast.  A 32-year-old woman from New Milford, CT,  was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on Saturday on I-84 in Southeast.
