Man Charged with DWI in Southeast

Troopers from the Brewster barracks charged a man with DWI after a traffic stop today, state police said.
The 22-year-old from Danbury was stopped on Route 22 because of excessively tinted, an infraction, police said.
An investigation showed he was drunk and had a small amount of marijuana, police said.
He was charged with misdemeanor DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, plus the infraction and was released on an appearance ticket.
