Police Charge 4 with DWI in Mahopac, Carmel

Police charged motorists with DWI via traffic stops and investigations, Chief Michael Johnson said.
The following people were arrested:
Jan Niedzialek of Mahopac was charged with misdemeanor
DWI Thursday. The arrest was made following a report of an erratic driver, police said.
David Vega of Mahopac was charged with misdemeanor driving DWI and passing a red light, an infraction, on Route 6 at Croton Falls Road. Officer Neil Brown made the arrest, police said.
Greta Veshta of Carmel was charged with driving
DWI, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors and other vehicle and traffic infractions Sunday after she lost control of her car on Route 52, police said. Officer Michael Bodo made the arrest.
Jennifer Stangarone of Brewster was charged with misdemeanor
DWI plus traffic infractions Sunday on Route 6. Officer Justin Fisher made the arrest.
