Troopers charged one motorist with DWI and another with DWAI during stops today in Yorktown and Southeast, state police said.
Police said Denis Radovic, 27, of Mahopac was charged with misdemeanor DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, on I-84 in Southeast. Todd P. Capraro, 28, of Hopewell Junction was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, on the Taconic in Yorktown.
Both were released without bail.
