Troopers Charge Motorists with DWI in Bedford, Cortlandt, Southeast

Troopers charged three with DWI Tuesday night and earlier today in
Westchester and Putnam counties, state police said.
A Mohegan Lake man was charged with misdemeanor DWI on Route 6 in Cortlandt, police said.
A Brewster man was charged with misdemeanor DWI on Pine Tree Lane in Southeast, police said.
A Brewster man was charged with DWI and aggravated driving while intoxicated, misdemeanors, Tuesday on I-684 in Bedford, police said. The aggravated DWI charge indicates that the BAC was at least 0.18 percent. The legal threshold for DWI in New York State is 0.08 percent.
They were released on appearance tickets for Hastings-on-Hudson court dates.
