Putnam Deputies William Meyer and Jonathan Cihanek were on patrol on Monday when they stopped Thomas J. Walsh of North Salem for a traffic violation. They then determined his license was revoked and he was
DWI, police said. Walsh was charged with
DWI and first-degree aggravated

Walsh has three previous convictions for DWI. In addition, state police charged Walsh with felony
