Man Charged With Murder

A Queens man is facing murder charges after he went on a shooting rampage. A 34-year-old is charged with two counts of second degree murder, criminal weapons possession, and assault.

Police say that the accused had shot his girlfriend's 18-year-old son then jumped out a window.  The victim died at Jamaica Hospital.  The accused then boarded a bus then shot one man in the head and another man in the jaw.  One victim was found dead at the back of the bus.

A gun was recovered from the scene.

If convicted, the accused could face 25-years to life in prison.
