Woman, 70, Charged with DWI

A White Plains woman was arrested for DWI in New Rochelle, city police said.
A resident claimed to have seen the driver driving erratically near Rochelle Place, New Rochelle Police Sgt. Myron Joseph said. The resident then alerted the police.
When the woman was stopped, the officer noticed a strong odor of alcohol on her breath, police said. She was arrested after police determined that her BAL was 0.12 percent, Joseph said. The New York State limit is .08 percent.
