3 DWI in Westchester, Putnam

Troopers charged three people with DWI or driving under the influence of drugs in Westchester and Putnam counties, state police said.
A 47-year-old from Brookfield, CT, was charged with misdemeanor DWI today on I-84 in Southeast.
A 27-year-old from New Rochelle was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana, on Tuesday on I-684 in North Castle
A 66-year-old from Cortlandt was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI on Tuesday in Cortlandt. The aggravated DWI charge indicates his BAL was at least 0.18 percent, more than twice the legal threshold of 0.08 percent for driving while intoxicated in New York state.
