Warrant Leads to Cocaine Seizure, Arrest

White Plains man was arrested Friday after police raided his apartment. Cops, armed with a warrant, entered Kyle's apartment about 4:30 p.m. and said they found 12.2 grams of cocaine along with packaging material and other paraphernalia.
Daryl Kyle, 56, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a felony.
Public Safety Commissioner David Chong said the arrest was the result of an investigation by the police narcotics unit, which he said "has been very busy and is doing good work."
He was held without bail and was to be arraigned today.
