White Plains man accused of robbing another man was arrested after cops saw him being chased by the victim and the victim's friend.
Ikeem Greenhill, 18, was charged with two felony counts of second-degree robbery and third-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, on Thursday.
Cops patrolling near the Winbrook Housing Complex stopped Greenhill when they saw him running down the street. The men told police that Greenhill had pushed one of them to the ground, kicked him and then took his cell phone from his pocket. The man's cell phone was later recovered.
The next morning, Greenhill was hit with another robbery count after admitting that he was involved with the theft of a cell phone from another man on Sept. 14, police said.
The investigation is continuing and police said that more arrests are possible
