Mother, Son Arrested in Drug Raid

Three people were arrested today in a drug raid by the White Plains city police narcotics and emergency services units after an investigation.

Cops seized almost 5 grams of crack and $1,000 from an apartment at 86 Dekalb Ave. Police entered the apartment with a search warrant found crack, cash, a scale and drug-packaging materials.

They then arrested a 23-year-old man his mother (both residents at that address) and 19-year-old from Sleepy Hollow. Police said that a 12-year-old girl was also in the apartment and was turned over to relatives.

The three adults were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony; and misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child.
