Police Charge 3 with DWI

Three people were charged with DWI, including one man who, police said, left a path of destruction on Montebello Road and a woman who was driving the wrong way near Route 59.
One woman was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, a felony, and driving while intoxicated as a first offense, a misdemeanor.
Police later arrested a man who was found in his 1999 Nissan after police allege that he hit and damaged fire hydrants, utility poles and street signs on Montebello Road. He was charged with driving while intoxicated as a felony, based on a prior DWI conviction, as well as leaving the scene of an accident.
Anotehr man was charged with aggravated DWI for allegedly having a blood-alcohol level about 0.18. Police said that the 34-year-old was turning onto Main Street when he hit two curbs. He also was driving without headlights, police said.
