Man Charged with DWI on I-684 in Bedford

State Police said that troopers charged a New Rochelle man, 55, with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated early today, state police said.

He was arrested around 3:45 a.m. on Interstate 684, police said.

He was released to a third party.
