Cortlandt Man Faces DWI Charges

Troopers charged a 54-year-old, of Cortlandt with driving while intoxicated and driving with a suspended license after he fled the scene of an accident, state police said today.
He was arrested around 10:40 p.m. Monday on Paulding Lane.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of an injury accident, misdemeanors, refusal to submit to a breath test, a violation, and speeding, an infraction, police said.
