Troopers Charge Two with DWI

In two separate incidents earlier today in Westchester County, state police said that New York State troopers charged two motorists with driving while intoxicated
One 23-year-old from Somers was charged with felony driving while intoxicated on Route 100 in Somers. He is charged with a felony because of a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years. He is due in Town Court on June 14.
One 25-year-old from Cortlandt was charged with misdemeanor DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, on East Main Street in Cortlandt, police said.
