Cousins Accused of Sexually Assaulting Girl

New Rochelle - Police said today that two cousins have been arrested on a charge that they sexually assaulted a 16-year-old New Rochelle girl for several years.  "It is an ongoing course of conduct," New Rochelle Detective Capt. Joseph Schaller said.  The length of time is part of an active investigation by New Rochelle detectives, Schaller said, and the sexual assaults were both forcible and statutory in nature.

Both men (Gitler E. Vasquez, 23, and Roldan Oxlaj, 22, both of New Rochelle) were arrested at police headquarters on Thursday night. The cousins are charged with first-degree rape, a felony, Schaller said. They were due in court today.
