Yonkers - Alicia Murray of the Bronx was one of the con artists convicted of grand larceny in a promotion rigging scam at the Yonkers Raceway Casino. Her sentence has been postponed because she showed up to court without the $16,000 in restitution.
Murray had only $2,400 when she showed up in court today. She faces seven years in state prison if she does not come up with the money by September.
She along with two other former casino workers, Donna Cronin and Terrence Osborn, admitted they rigged more than 75 contests over two years.
Donna Cronin will be sentenced next week.
