Mahopac Teen Stole Debit Card, Got Tattoo

Mahopac - Dylan Deltoro, 17 of Mahopac faces criminal charges along with two adults after he was accused of stealing a debit card and convincing a man to buy alcohol for him and to also sign a permission slip allowing him to get a tattoo.
Police say that Deltoro stole the debit card, used it to make several purchases from local merchants then he enlisted 47-year-old Kenneth Rosse of Mahopac to buy him alcohol and the let him get a tattoo at the Iron Butterfly parlor on Route 6 in Mahopac, they said.
Police charged Deltoro with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony. He was also charged with five misdemeanor counts of petty larceny.
