Kevin Seda, 18, of 20 Sycamore St. was charged with second-degree attempted murder Tuesday in connection with a shooting that wounded a 21-year-old man early Monday, police said. Police said he is accused of shooting the victim after an argument near Route 9W and Wayne Avenue.
Authorities were summoned to the scene on reports of a fight, and shortly after received additional reports requesting an ambulance for a gunshot victim. No arrests were made Monday but an investigation led Stony Point detectives to arrest Seda on Tuesday.
The suspect was arraigned in Court on charges of second-degree attempted murder, first-degree assault, first-degree criminal use of a firearm and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies.
