Yorktown Man Charged with DWI

A Yorktown man is due in Town Court Thursday to answer a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated, police said today.

A 23-year-old was arrested. Thursday after passing through a checkpoint that police had set up on Underhill Avenue. He was held overnight, arraigned and released to a family member, police said. Officer Paul Dillon made the arrest.
