Two Charged with DWI in Somers, North Castle

Troopers charged two with DWI in Somers and North Castle, state police said today.

James P. Fitzgibbon, 52, was charged with misdemeanor DWI around 9:30 p.m. Monday in Somers.  Vincent M. Gallant, 54, was charged with misdemeanor DWI around 2:20 p.m. Sunday in North Castle.

Both men were released on appearance tickets
