Troopers charged four motorists with DWI or DWAI by drugs during recent traffic stops during investigations in Putnam and
Westchester counties, state police said.
A 35-year-old was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh.
A 48-year-old was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Yonkers.
A 35-year-old was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated around 10:35 p.m. Tuesday on I-287 in Harrison.
A 21-year-old, was charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana on I-84 in Patterson.
