Riverhead Man Charged With DWI

Joe Cruz of Riverhead was arrested for DWI after he was involved in an accident in
Flanders
on Thursday night, Southampton Town Police said.
The 48-year-old had exited the parking lot of the Cabana Latina on
Flanders Rd.
after
9:00 pm
when he crashed, police said.
Cruz was charged with DWI and traffic violations.
He was arraigned at
Southampton Town Justice Court
