Man Pleads to Felony DWI Now Faces Probation

A Mahopac man pleaded guilty to felony DWI. This is his second conviction in nine years.
Peter Tully, 55, will lose his driving privileges but will avoid jail time.
Tully admitted to driving while intoxicated on Nov. 26 on Route 6 in Carmel. He had previously been convicted of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated in Mount Pleasant in November 2001.
He faces a maximum of five years of probation at his scheduled Feb. 1 sentencing.
