Four Men Charged with DWI in Putnam

State police said today that troopers charged four motorists with DWI or DWAI during traffic stops in Putnam County.
Anthony F. DeFilippo, 47, of Carmel was charged with first-degree DWAI, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, on Route 312 in Southeast, police said.
Kenneth Gibson, 35, of Bethel, CT, was charged with misdemeanor DWI today on I-84, police said.
John J. Toia, 41, of Cortlandt was charged with misdemeanor DWI Wednesday on the Taconic in Putnam Valley.
John S. Valloni, 31, of Bedford Hills was charged with misdemeanor DWI Wednesday on I-84 in Southeast, police said.
