5 charged with DWI, DWAI Over the Weekend

Westchester County police arrested six people due to driving while intoxicated or driving under the influence of drugs over the weekend.
Kishan Mavilla, 20, was charged with DWI, a misdemeanor, at a traffic stop on the Cross County Parkway in Yonkers. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on Dec. 20.
Jeffrey Buszta, 36, was charged with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor, on the eastbound Cross County in Mount Vernon. Buszta was changing a flat tire when an officer stopped to assist him and determined he had been drinking. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on Dec. 21.
Kelvin Estevez, 21, was charged with DWI on the Saw Mill River Parkway in Yonkers after he was stopped for driving 75-mph in a 50-mph zone. He is scheduled to appear Dec. 20 in City Court.
Natalie Nunez, 22, was charged with DWI Saturday after she was stopped for speeding on the Saw Mill in Yonkers. She is scheduled to appear Dec. 20 in Yonkers.
William Berkrot, 54, was charged with DWAI-drugs and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, misdemeanors, on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Mount Vernon. He is scheduled to appear in City Court on Dec.14.
Stephanie Gonzalez, 23, was charged with DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors, on the southbound Hutchinson parkway in White Plains following a minor accident. She is scheduled to appear Dec. 17 in City Court.
