Woman Charged in Long Beach Shooting

Rajolyne Delacruz was standing in front of her East Fulton Street home when she fired a handgun and struck a 21-year-old victim in the hand on Wednesday, Long Beach police said.
The victim was taken to Long Beach Medical Center for treatment. Investigators arrested Delacruz in upper Manhattan on Friday.
Delacruz was charged with assaulta, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal use of a firerm.
