Orange County Man Indicted Under Leandra's Law

New City - Michael Donald, 33, of Greenwood Lake, was indicted on a charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, a felony, and driving while ability impaired by drugs and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
Jennifer Donald, 27, of Monroe, was a passenger in the car and was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument and endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
The man and woman had taken the boy to the Bronx Zoo on May 2.
They were returning home when they were stopped about by state police in Clarkstown.
The suspects were indicted by a Rockland grand jury Aug. 18.
