Man Charged with Felony DWI

North Salem - A 29-year-old was charged with felony DWI, state police said, after he was stopped on Route 116 on an unspecified traffic stop.
He was accused of having a blood-alcohol content of 0.15 percent and because he had already been convicted of DWI within the past 10 years, this DWI charge was upgraded to a felony.
He was released on $500 bail. He is due in Town Court on Aug. 9.
