Ossining Justice Court
Ossining Criminal Defense Attorney
If you have been arrested and/or charged with a DWI, sex crime or other
criminal charges in Ossining, the most important thing you can do is to
contact a skilled and tenacious
criminal defense attorney from The Law Offices of Robert Schuster who will give your case
all the attention and dedication it deserves. Mr. Schuster has been extensively
trained by Harvard Law experts in negotiating with the prosecution, and
his experience as a former prosecutor gives him unique insight into the
process that allows him to better serve you in court.
Before you have the legal counsel you need, it is inadvisable that you
speak with law enforcement officers and answer their questions - even
if they claim to simply want to hear "your side of the story",
it is their job to collect evidence that can be used against you to prove
your guilt at trial. Many people arrested for
DWI or various
drug charges aren't aware of the rights they have, and therefore do not know to
defend them. If you were the victim of unlawful search and seizure, or
if your constitutional rights and protections were violated at any point
by law enforcement officers, it could be possible to have the resulting
evidence dismissed from the courtroom.
Counsel You Can Count on: Ossining Criminal Lawyer
If you've been charged with anything from

you need on your side. With a 95% success rate, he is happy to take on
even the most serious of cases, and he makes a point of staying up-to-date
on new information in his field so that he can provide every client he
serves with the most effective defense possible. To schedule a free initial
