About the Village of Irvington
Irvington Justice Court:

Irvington Justice Court is responsible for handling the legal matters that
arise throughout Irvington, including moving violations, traffic tickets,
parking violations, criminal cases, civil cases, and small claims cases.
The County Clerk is available Monday through Thursday 8am - 4pm. Court
sessions begin every Monday morning at 9:30am. Small claims sessions are
heard on the first Tuesday of every month.
