A person is guilty of article 221.55 (criminal sale of marijuana, first degree) when they are found to have been knowingly and unlawfully selling one or more preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances containing marijuana and the preparations, compounds, mixtures or substances are of an aggregate weight of more than 16-ounces.
