&lt;p&gt;He tried to ride the train out of Grand Central without buying a ticket ahead of time and then when he entered the train, he refused to purchase one.&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;Croton officers were waiting for him when the train pulled in and after he resisted arrest, he was charged with intent to obtain transportation without paying, resisting arrest, misdemeanors, disorderly conduct, a violation. He was released on $500 bail and due back in court May 16.&lt;/p&gt;
